Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in law and motion
• Excellent academic credentials with demonstrated brief writing and case management experience
• Experience with dispositive motions, evidentiary motions, jury instructions, and verdict forms
• Experience leading large multi-member teams and managing multiple significant matters

Responsibilities

• Lead law and motion work in advance of trial and serve as embedded appellate counsel at trial
• Coordinate across multiple teams and drive litigation strategy toward trial
• Manage high-profile complex litigation, including MDLs, bellwether trials, and coordinated state proceedings
• Supervise junior attorneys and communicate effectively with partners, clients, experts, and co-counsel
