Job summary

Career Developers Inc. seeks a Revenue Operations Project Manager to oversee billing, client administration, and invoicing for law firm matters. You will coord across partners, clients, and finance teams to ensure accurate billing, compliant processes, and timely collections.

The role requires at least 5 years in law firm or professional services, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and Outlook. Experience with Aderant Expert and iManage is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in law firm, professional services, client administration, billing, revenue operations, or related operational experience.
• Strong knowledge of legal-industry billing and client administration processes is preferred.
• Experience with client intake, matter intake, billing, e-billing, collections, rates, pricing, conflicts, KYC, engagement letters, and Outside Counsel Guidelines is valuable.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex information into actionable steps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational and revenue-management contact for assigned partners, practice groups, clients, and accounting stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with partners and clients while maintaining clear communication and moving matters toward resolution.
• Manage client and matter lifecycle including new business intake, matter openings, billing arrangements, rates, pricing, engagement letters, KYC, conflicts, and Outside Counsel Guidelines.
• Coordinate across internal teams to keep onboarding and administrative processes moving.
