Job summary

Michelman Robinson is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to manage day-to-day execution of social media, email marketing and client communications while supporting CRM and contact operations. You will craft graphics, format leadership content, maintain distribution lists, and assist with internal communications and awards submissions.

This hands-on role collaborates with the Director of Communications & PR and colleagues across U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing communications including social media, email campaigns and contact management.
• Experience creating social graphics and managing social accounts with paid boosts.
• Experience with Mailchimp and CRM/contact management tools (prefer InterAction+).
• Strong proofreading, editing and attention to detail for professional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day social media, email marketing and client communications.
• Create polished social graphics and format attorney leadership content.
• Maintain CRM contact lists and distribute firm communications across channels.
• Support internal communications, award submissions and office events.
