The role emphasizes empathy, professionalism, and calm support in stressful situations, with responsibilities spanning client contact, onboarding, scheduling, and record-keeping within the legal context.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer service, intake, or sales, ideally legal.
• Strong communication and listening, detail-oriented.
• Empathetic, professional demeanor with clients.
• Experience with Excel; CRM/case management software preferred.
• Legal background in personal injury is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for prospective clients, assess case fit.
