Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or marketing preferred.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of marketing and business development experience, preferably within a law firm or a professional services organization.
• Strong project and process management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to cultivate business with current and prospective clients.
• Conduct client, prospect, industry, competitor, and market research to inform targeted business development efforts.
• Coordinate planning and execution of events, sponsorships, webinars, and speaking engagements, including budget and logistics.
• Work with communications to promote attorney successes and identify opportunities that align with practice goals.
• Coordinate thought leadership and blogs, develop strategic content and postings.
• Identify cross-practice connections to increase internal visibility.
• Collect matter data for Foundation and other systems.
• Create high-quality, tailored pitch materials, responses to RFPs, and client presentations.
• Support directory submissions, awards, and league tables.
• Coordinate marketing expense approvals and manage practice budgets.
• Handle DealCloud/InterAction functions for lists, research, and reporting.
• Respond to internal and external client inquiries promptly.
