The position requires a college degree in accounting or related field and law firm experience. Hybrid/in-office work with training in SF, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Monday–Friday.

Qualifikationen

• College graduate with law firm accounting exposure.
• Experience with accounts payable processes in a professional setting.
• High accuracy and attention to detail required.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and reconcile ledgers; prepare and distribute daily accounts payable reports across multiple bank accounts.
• Verify, code, and process invoices; manage invoice holds and payment cycles.
• Review, verify, code, and reconcile corporate credit card statements; process employee reimbursements.
• Reconcile monthly vendor statements; research and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor W-9 documentation; coordinate 1099 reporting.
• Support finance with financial reporting, tax audits, and special projects.
• Maintain compliant vendor files with Security and BAA requirements.
• Assist management with vendor contracts and long-term vendor relationships.
• Maintain and reconcile client trust accounts with documentation and records.
• Daily financial accounts reporting to Partners.
