Job summary

Unplugged Performance INC. seeks a Law Enforcement Business Development Manager to accelerate the adoption of electric police vehicles and public safety fleet solutions across North America.

You will build and sustain relationships with police departments, sheriff’s offices, and government fleets, coordinate demonstrations, and guide agencies through procurement and fleet modernization programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years selling directly to law enforcement or public safety.
• Proven ability to generate meetings, demos, pilots, or sales opportunities in public sector accounts.
• Strong understanding of government procurement and public sector sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Independent worker capable of managing multiple opportunities.
• Willing to travel nationwide and hold a valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with police chiefs, sheriffs, fleet managers, and procurement officers.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new law enforcement and public safety opportunities.
• Execute outreach campaigns for vehicle demonstrations, evaluations, and fleet deployments.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline with proactive follow-up.
• Represent UP.FIT as a trusted public safety partner.
