FSA Federal seeks a Law Clerk to support the Money Laundering, Narcotics and Forfeiture Section (MNF) in the pursuit of asset forfeiture and anti-money laundering enforcement. You will assist attorneys, draft motions, and handle remission petitions, contributing to national law enforcement objectives.

The role requires a law degree or current ABA-accredited law student status, strong legal research and writing skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a mission-driven environment. U.S.

Qualifications

  • Law degree or current student with at least one year completed in an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Experience conducting legal research using various research tools and law library resources.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including legal writing.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other databases.
  • Ability to work in a team and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Under supervision, assists attorneys with the litigation process.
  • Reviews work of paralegals and clerks.
  • Prepares documents related to litigation (motions, briefs, memoranda).
  • Screens documents for privilege.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
