Job summary

FSA Federal is seeking a Law Clerk to support the United States Attorney's Office (USAO) in a nationwide public-safety initiative. This mission-driven role offers meaningful public service and exposure to federal litigation.

Under supervision, you will assist attorneys, review paralegal work, draft motions and briefs, and screen documents for privilege. The position requires U.S. citizenship and a background investigation.

Qualifications

• Law degree or enrolled in ABA-accredited law school with at least one year completed.
• Experience conducting legal research using various tools and law libraries.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including legal writing.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Familiarity with Office tools and legal databases.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with the litigation process under supervision.
• Review work of paralegals and clerks.
• Prepare documents related to litigation, including motions and briefs.
• Screen documents for privilege.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
