Job summary

Work involves supervising multiple production areas, training staff, and collaborating with the plant and production manager to optimize workflow and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand work instructions in English.
• Basic math reasoning skills for production tasks.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 300 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned production area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Monitor activities and enforce safety policies and work rules.
• Train employees on safe and efficient production practices.
• Attend meetings for education and training.
• Foster positive employee relations and uphold policies.
• Identify production improvement strategies for efficiency and quality.
• Support standardized practices across the market center.
