Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned production area as scheduled in a safe, efficient manner.
• Monitors activities to ensure safety policies and work rules are followed.
• Trains new and existing employees on safe production practices and policies.
• Attends departmental and market center meetings for education and training.
• Develops positive employee relations and enforces company policies across the group.
• Identifies and recommends production improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Supports standardization to meet safety, financial, and service goals.
• Oversee multiple department areas and 2+ production staff as needed.
• Supervises Receive and Soil Sort/Classification; Wash Dry Aisle; Garment Finishing/Sortation; Bundle & Distribution.
