Job summary

You will lead a small team, train workers, enforce policies, and coordinate with plant management to meet production goals, quality requirements, and on-time delivery while supporting multiple work areas such as Receive/Sort, Wash Dry Aisle, Garment Finishing/Sortation, and Bundle/Distribution.

Qualifications

• Capable of safe, fast-paced work in a loud laundry environment.
• Proven attendance record.
• Able to read and understand work instructions in English.
• Basic math reasoning skills.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 300 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned production area in a safe, efficient manner.
• Ensure safety policies and work rules are followed.
• Train new and existing employees on safe production practices and policies.
• Attend departmental/market center meetings and trainings.
• Develop positive employee relations and enforce policies across the team.
• Identify production improvements to enhance equipment performance and product quality.
• Support adherence to market center standardization for safety and service goals.
• Supervise department areas (Receive/Sort, Wash Dry Aisle, Garment Finishing/Sortation, Bundle/Distribution).
