Responsibilities

• Participates in department and market center meetings for education and training.
• Develops positive employee relations and enforces policies consistently.
• Identifies production improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Supports company standardization to meet safety, financial and service goals.
• Supervises the listed department areas and assists as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by plant/production or general manager.
