Job summary

Crown Linen is seeking a qualified Production Manager to lead shift production in its Florida facility, ensuring quality and safety while managing labor, costs, and equipment upkeep. The role reports to the Plant Manager and collaborates with engineering and operations to achieve targets.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of commercial laundry management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial laundry management experience in large-scale plants or hotel industry.
• Bilingual language skills a plus (Spanish/Creole).
• Strong knowledge of production methods and laundry equipment.
• Proficient in Windows-based office software (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift production, PPOH, quality, and safety.
• Direct cost control and knowledge of contracts when dealing with vendors.
• Monitor payroll and labor costs daily.
• Ensure safe operation and upkeep of all production equipment in liaison with Engineering.
• Prepare monthly, weekly and daily operating reports and key indicators.
• Ensure regulatory training and safety procedures are followed for all staff.
• Assist customers with emergencies and production-related issues.
• Contribute to production costing, budgeting, and development plans.
