Job summary

Cintas is seeking an Assistant Production Manager to lead a team of production partners and supervisors in a fast-paced laundry plant. You will monitor budgets, safety, production flow, material costs, and wastewater management while driving P&L performance.

The role requires leadership of supervisors and entry-level workers, with accountability for bottom-line results and continuous process improvement. 1st shift may be involved in multi-shift operations.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of production partners and production supervisors
• Monitor a budget and safety protocols for a fast-paced plant
• Oversee production flow, material costs, and wastewater management
• Manage departmental profit and loss and pursue bottom-line results
• Motivate, train and direct production supervisors and entry-level workers

Skills

2+ years production supervisory

P&L and budget experience

Valid driver's license
