Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or logistics (or equivalent) required.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in laundry, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution.
• Strong understanding of production metrics (PPOH) and cost control.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Oversee laundry operations across all departments (receiving, sorting, washing, folding, distribution).
• Monitor labor, productivity (PPOH), and cost metrics; report KPIs.
• Train, coach, and support staff on production methods and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Engineering to maintain and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Participate in hiring, training, reviews, and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards; promote safety culture.
