Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in laundry, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution operations.
• Strong understanding of production metrics (PPOH), cost control, and workflow optimization.
• Experience in high-volume, time-sensitive environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee laundry operations across all departments (receiving, sorting, washing, folding, distribution).
• Monitor labor, productivity (PPOH), and cost metrics and report findings.
• Assist in hiring, training, reviews, and disciplinary processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma tools.
