Job summary

KBR is seeking a Laundry Foreman for a temporary assignment in Dona Ana, New Mexico. The role supports military dining facility operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with approximately 70 hours per week.

You will oversee daily laundry operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with subcontractors and maintenance. Requires 3+ years in laundry ops and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, plus a valid US driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in laundry operations, customer service, facility services, or a related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience supervising employees and/or subcontractor personnel in a service, facilities, or operations environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laundry operations, ensuring efficient processing, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and coordinate day‑to‑day laundry operations and personnel.
• Provide direct oversight of subcontracted personnel to ensure compliance with requirements, safety policies, and quality expectations.
