Job summary

KBR is seeking an Operations Coordinator for a temporary assignment in Dona Ana, New Mexico. The projected dates are September 15, 2026 to November 15, 2026, with a commitment of about 70 hours per week to support military dining facility operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Under supervision, you will perform a range of administrative and coordination activities, maintain procedural compliance, and prepare documentation such as meeting notes for AAR/MFR distribution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• At least 1 year overseas deployment in a LOGCAP environment.
• At least 1 year Operations Specialist experience or equivalent military background.
• Working knowledge of LOGCAP concepts and PWS exhibits.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Ability to produce professional internal and external communications.
• Experience with Service Orders/Customer Service and Maximo.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Passport valid with 15+ months remaining and six blank visa pages.
• Driver's license with at least six months remaining validity.

Responsibilities

• Complete contractual required reports per policies and procedures.
• Perform routine operations support and coordination tasks for Senior Operations Coordinator.
• Stay highly organized in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team.
• Familiarity with PMO Operations DOP including messages, incident reporting, crisis plan, and master schedule.
• Document meeting minutes for distribution via AAR/MFR platforms.

As part of the LOGCAP NORTHCOM scope, KBR provides rapid response support to scheduled and unscheduled U.S.Army training exercises. KBR's LOGCAP team successfully completed another year of support to Warfighter operationsby providing typical LOGCAP services at two locations.

KBR is seeking an Operations Coordinator for a temporary assignment located in Dona Ana, New Mexico. Projected assignment dates are September 15, 2026, through November 15, 2026 but could be subject to change. This position requires a commitment of approximately 70 hours per week and supports military dining facility operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the completion of contractual required reports in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company
• Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments as an operations professional. Performs a wide range of administrative, office support, and coordination activities in support of the Senior Operations Coordinator
• Candidate must be a highly organized self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined team environment with the ability to manage competing priorities to achieve goals
• Must be familiar with the Program Management Office (PMO) Operations Desktop Operating Procedures (DOP) to include but not limited to: Employee Messages, Incident Reporting Requirements, Crisis Management Action Team, Situation Report, Aircraft Accident/Incident Emergency Response Plan, and Master Schedule of Work
• Documents meeting minutes for distribution through SharePoint After Action Report (AAR)/Memorandum for Record (MFR) platform

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required
• Must have 1+ years overseas deployment experience on a LOGCAP contingency environment assignment
• Minimum one-year previous Operations Specialist experience or equivalent Military experience
• Must possess general understanding of LOGCAP concept of operations to include Performance Work Statement (PWS) and associate technical exhibits
• Requires a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)
• Proficient in producing professional internal and external communications
• Service Order / Customer Service experience and use of Maximo system
• Experienced in using SharePoint
• Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 15 months of remaining validity AND with at least six blank visa/stamp pages remaining
• Must possess driver's license with at least six months of remaining validity

Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

• Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 1+ year of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
• Capable of working with and developing Power BI Dashboards
• Knowledge of Appian system
• Familiarity with the development of Basis of Estimate (BOE)
