Job summary

KBR, Inc is seeking a Laundry Foreman for a temporary assignment in Dona Ana, New Mexico. The role requires about 70 hours per week and runs from September 15, 2026, to November 15, 2026, in support of military dining facility operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing laundry services, supervising staff and subcontracted personnel, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and maintaining reports and schedules for delivery and maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in laundry operations or related field.
• 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Pass a background check and obtain installation access as required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business software.
• Ability to work extended hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of laundry services and ensure quality control.
• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day laundry operations and personnel.
• Provide training and performance feedback to staff.
• Monitor production goals, workflow, and quality standards.
• Manage inventory and conduct quality inspections throughout the process.
• Handle customer service issues and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate laundry delivery schedules and preventive maintenance.
