Job summary

The Inn at Hastings Park in Lexington, MA is seeking a friendly Laundry Attendant to support our housekeeping team in maintaining spotless guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.

You will help with linen delivery, turndown service when needed, and prompt responses to guest requests, while upholding our luxury standards and safety guidelines. This flexible schedule role offers comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental insurance, paid vacation, and 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and guest common spaces
• Execute turndown service when necessary
• Assist Room Attendants with linen delivery, trash removal, and supply restocking
• Respond promptly to guest and housekeeping requests
• Deliver amenities and requested items to guest rooms; ensure housekeeping closets and storage areas remain organized and fully stocked
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Support laundry and housekeeping operations as needed
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

The Laundry Attendant supports the housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces throughout the property. This role helps ensure guests receive exceptional service and a welcoming environment that reflects the Inn's luxury standards.
