Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Laundry Attendant to deliver top-quality guest service in our hotel laundry facilities. You will operate laundry equipment, load and unload machines, and fold linens according to established procedures, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency across shifts.

The role emphasizes initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally. Training includes certification sign-off and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience and desire to give guests the best service.
• Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated.
• A certification sign-off after completing training.
• Ability to lift, carry or move up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality service to guests and anticipate/exceed expectations.
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment per procedures and checklists.
• Load and unload washers and dryers carefully to avoid overloads.
• Fold linen using standard procedures and assist with folding machine/feed ironer as needed.
• Stock, clean and maintain laundry carts, storage areas and racks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• The laundry attendant will always provide the highest quality of service to the guest and anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain and operate all laundry equipment in accordance with established procedures, like the laundry room checklist.
• Properly load and unload washers and dryers being careful not to overload either machine.
• Fold linen in accordance with established procedures and use a folding machine and feed ironer if needed.
• Stock, clean and maintain laundry carts, storage areas and laundry racks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• The laundry attendant will have the experience and desire to give guests the best service.
