Kozy Hotel Houston North is seeking a reliable Laundry Attendant to support housekeeping by cleaning, processing, and delivering linens and textiles efficiently. You will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across the property.

The role involves operating laundry equipment, organizing items, and coordinating with departments to meet deadlines in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Prior laundry or housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Able to lift, push, pull, and carry laundry bags or carts.
• Comfortable around heat, humidity, and machinery.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, uniforms, and textiles.
• Inspect items for stains or wear and report issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness of the laundry room, equipment, and storage areas.
• Track linen usage and report shortages or inventory concerns.
• Follow chemical handling and safety procedures.
• Deliver clean linens to housekeeping or other departments as needed.
• Assist with deep cleaning or special laundry projects when needed.

This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, uniforms, and other hotel textiles
• Inspect all items for stains, tears, or excessive wear and report issues to management
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room, equipment, and storage areas
• Track linen usage and report shortages or inventory concerns
• Follow proper chemical handling and safety procedures
• Assist with delivering clean linens to housekeeping or other departments as needed
• Support deep cleaning or special laundry projects during slower periods
