Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Boone NC is seeking motivated Laundry Attendants & Public Area Cleaners to join our housekeeping team. You’ll help keep linens spotless and public spaces guest-ready, contributing to the high standards our guests expect.

This role offers a starting pay of $14–$16 per hour, plus gratuity, with cross-training opportunities and a culture that values teamwork and growth. Promotion from within is our standard, and paid training helps you advance within our North Carolina

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, and transport dirty linens.
• Load and unload washers and dryers.
• Fold, organize, and restock clean linens.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry room and equipment.
• Monitor and report linen or equipment shortages.
• Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and guest-facing public areas.
• Respond to guest needs with professionalism and hospitality.
• Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed.
• Assist with light trash collection, tidying, and replenishing supplies.

Pay Rate: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour to start

General Overview

We’re looking for motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Laundry Attendants & Public Area Cleaners. This behind-the-scenes role is essential to delivering the high standards our guests expect. You’ll ensure our hotel stays fresh, clean, and guest-ready by keeping linens spotless and public areas looking their best.

What You’ll Do

Laundry Duties

• Collect, sort, and transport dirty linens
• Load and unload washers and dryers
• Fold, organize, and restock clean linens
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry room and equipment
• Monitor and report linen or equipment shortages

Public Area Duties

• Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and guest-facing public areas
• Respond to guest needs with professionalism and hospitality
• Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed
• Assist with light trash collection, tidying, and replenishing supplies

Compensation & Benefits
