Job summary

Hampton Inn and Suites in Scottsdale is seeking a Laundry & Public Area Attendant to keep linens clean and lobby spaces sparkling throughout every shift.

This part-time role offers 16-24 hours per week with weekends required. You will perform laundry duties, maintain public areas, and assist guests with requests while supporting a friendly, guest-centric team.

Qualifications

• Part-time availability 16-24 hours per week with weekends mandatory.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active on your feet.
• Strong guest service skills and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to multitask and communicate well with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Laundry Duties: Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens. Treat stains and keep the machines humming.
• Public Area Duties: Sweep, vacuum, wipe glass, and keep public spaces spotless inside and out.
• Deliver guest requests promptly (extra towels, pillows, etc).
• Collect and run laundry, report lost & found items and assist the team to ensure a great guest experience.
