Job summary

Holiday Inn Lucedale is seeking a friendly Laundry Attendant to process soiled linen and distribute clean linen in a safe, efficient manner. You will operate washers, dryers, ironers, and other equipment, ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction.

This role requires a High school diploma or equivalent, with no formal experience needed. You will help with guest requests, maintain a clean work area, and report equipment issues to ensure smooth laundry operations.

• Ability to recognize and work with numbers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort and weigh soiled linen; place into appropriate containers.
• Process sorted linen using washers, dryers, sheet spreaders, ironers and feeders/folders to ensure quality results.
• Turn in all articles from the Laundry Chute/Department to the Supervisor for Lost and Found.
