Job summary

Valor Hospitality seeks a Laundry Attendant for Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brookhaven to manage linen flow and support hotel operations. The role involves sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and proper storage of linens, while maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Responsibilities include assisting guests as needed, reporting equipment issues, and following SOPs to ensure service quality. We value reliability and teamwork. The benefits package is competitive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; no formal experience necessary.
• Ability to recognize and work with numbers and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and weigh soiled linen; place into appropriate containers.
• Operate washers, dryers, sheet spreaders, ironers, and feeders; ensure finished product meets quality standards.
• Log items from Laundry Chute/Department with supervisor and complete Lost/Found procedures.
• Fulfill guest requests and address complaints to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Report malfunctioning equipment or hazards to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and perform other duties as assigned.
