Job summary

Laundry Capital is hiring a Customer Service Associate to support daily operations across all shifts, including PM/Closing and weekends. Associates greet customers, assist with machine operation and sales, process transactions, and help maintain a clean, safe store environment.

Starting at $16.00/hour with a potential $0.50/hour raise after 90 days if performance targets are met; productivity bonuses and tips are also available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Ability to work a flexible (open) schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with use of laundry cards, machine selection and operation, retail purchases, wash and fold orders and other questions.
• Accurately operate the cash register or POS system.
• Maintain knowledge of products and actively suggest additional items to customers.
• Keep retail items stocked and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Report maintenance or safety issues using log books and inform supervisors.
