Qualifications

• Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Citizen, national, legal resident, or DACA status required to work in the U.S.
• Candidates from all majors encouraged to apply regardless of teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach two years full-time in an under-resourced public school.
• Build genuine relationships with students and families beyond lesson plans.
• Learn to navigate barriers kids face inside and outside the classroom.
• Sharpen communication, problem-solving, and collaboration through daily classroom leadership.
• Collaborate with school communities to remove obstacles and open doors for students.
