Responsibilities

• Teach two years full-time in an under-resourced public school.
• Build genuine relationships with students and families—not just lesson plans.
• Learn to navigate barriers kids face inside and outside the classroom.
• Sharpen communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills through daily classroom leadership.
• Work with your school community to remove obstacles and open doors for students who need it most.
