Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher.
• Must be a US citizen, national, or legal resident, or have DACA status.
• Candidates from all majors and experience levels are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Teach two years full-time in an under-resourced public school.
• Build genuine relationships with students and families — not just lesson plans.
• Learn to navigate barriers kids face inside and outside the classroom.
• Sharpen communication, problem-solving, and collaboration through daily classroom leadership.
• Work with the school community to remove obstacles and open doors for students who need it most.
