Job summary

PMI U.S. is seeking an Early Careers Territory Sales Manager for the Eastern Region. You will own a business territory, partner directly with retail customers, analyze sales data, and implement strategies that drive growth in your market.

You’ll learn how consumer products are brought to life in the marketplace while developing skills in sales, relationship management, negotiation, business analytics, and strategic planning. Location: Eastern Region (U.S.).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or expected prior to start date.
• Recent graduates or early career professionals with up to two years of experience encouraged to apply.
• Interest in sales, business development, account management, consumer goods, or retail operations.
• Leadership experience through internships, campus organizations, athletics, military service, volunteer work, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with retail partners and become a trusted business advisor.
• Support sales growth and execution within your assigned territory.
• Use sales and market data to identify opportunities and develop action plans.
• Present business recommendations and data-driven insights to customers.
• Execute merchandising, promotional, and visibility initiatives.
