Heartland ABA is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. Trainees welcome as we support you to earn your RBT certification.

This part-time role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and a path to professional growth within a supportive clinical team. You will collect data, collaborate with families, and help clients build independence using evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build connections with families.
