Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home or community settings. This role offers part-time hours, flexible schedules, and the chance to grow within a supportive clinical team.

We provide Same Day Pay, paid training, and opportunities to advance with BCBA schooling programs. You’ll record session data and contribute to evidence-based interventions to help clients reach their goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
