Heartland ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, applying evidence-based interventions to promote independence and positive behavior.

We offer training to earn the RBT certification and support to advance within the clinical team. Flexible, part-time scheduling with opportunities for growth and continued clinical mentorship are available.

Qualifications

• Must obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services.
• Training and support provided to earn certification.
• Experience or interest in working with children with autism is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
