Edward Jones is seeking a motivated candidate to begin a career as a financial advisor. You will develop your own client practice with support from a branch team, a home-office team, and regional advisors, backed by Edward Jones's 100-year history.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in securities/financial services.
• Experience in financial services and/or sales.
• Licensing: FINRA registrations; SIE, Series 7 and 66 may be required.
• Willingness to complete ongoing training and CE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Understand clients' needs to create personalized strategies to achieve goals.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure quality client experiences and regulatory compliance.
• Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan.
• Create an engaging environment built on trust, respect, and accountability.
