Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience in securities/financial services.
• Financial services and/or sales experience
• Financial services registration, licensing, or certification
• Professional and/or military career progression

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients’ needs and create personalized strategies to help them achieve goals.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience and compliance.
• Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan for results.
• Create an engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust and accountability.
