Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a motivated individual to become a Financial Advisor, completing the required training, licensing, and branch support. You will build client relationships, develop personalized financial plans, and grow your own practice with the backing of a large network.

The program includes paid training and a supplemental five-year salary, plus potential bonuses and commissions as you attract new assets. A home-office and regional support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in securities/financial services preferred
• Financial services and/or sales experience
• Financial services licensing or certification required/personally regulated
• Professional or military career progression considered

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients' needs and create personalized strategies to help them achieve goals.
• Oversee branch processes and ensure a high-quality client experience in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan to improve results.
• Create an engaging environment in the branch based on trust, respect, and accountability.
