Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience in securities/financial services
• Financial services and/or sales experience
• Financial services registration, licensing, or certification
• Professional and/or military career progression

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies
• Understand clients' needs to create personalized strategies to achieve goals
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience compliant with policies and regulatory requirements
• Engage branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan
• Create an engaging environment in the branch with mutual trust and accountability
