Edward Jones is seeking entrepreneurial financial advisors to build their own client practice, supported by a branch team, a home-office team and regional advisors. You will help clients set retirement, wealth, estate, and education goals with guidance from a firm with a century of experience.

We provide rigorous training, paid study periods, a firm‑provided branch office, and a broad support network to help you grow your practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience in securities/financial services.
• Financial services and/or sales experience required or preferred.
• Financial services licensing or certification may be required.
• Professional and/or military career progression is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients' needs to develop personalized, comprehensive strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure high-quality client experiences and compliance.
• Engage the branch team to implement and adjust the branch business plan for better results.
• Create a engaging environment in the branch built on mutual trust, respect and accountability.
