Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS), part of Lennox International, is hiring an entry-level technician to support installation, maintenance, and service of commercial HVAC systems. You will work on-site with a team to ensure reliable operation for customers.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, basic HVAC training, and willingness to travel and occasionally work nights or weekends. Training will be provided, with opportunities for advancement and nationwide growth within NAS and

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
HVAC trade school graduation preferred with strong attendance.
1+ years in mechanical support; HVAC experience preferred.
EPA Certification Type I & II or Universal preferred.
NATE certification a plus.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 75 lbs.
Strong technical and diagnostic skills for maintenance and repairs.
Excellent customer service and ability to work independently.
Willing to relocate after training and occasional weekend work.

Responsibilities

Assist with on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation.
Maintain HVAC systems using technical skills.
Work in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Adhere to daily safety practices and policies.
Complete repairs and required paperwork.
Be flexible for overtime and travel as needed.
