Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) seeks an entry-level technician to support installation, maintenance, and servicing of commercial HVAC systems. This role offers field work across customer sites with on-site preventative maintenance and repairs.

You'll join a team focused on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction, with overtime opportunities and nationwide training. A high school diploma, HVAC training, EPA/NATE certifications, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• HVAC trade school graduate strongly preferred achieving 3.5 GPA and excellent attendance.
• 1+ years in mechanical support role, some hands-on HVAC experience preferred
• EPA Certification- Type I & Type II or Universal Preferred; NATE certification a plus
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Uses technical abilities to maintain systems.
• Works in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Must work in a safe manner and follow all safety measures.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends required.
