Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is hiring an entry-level HVAC technician to support installation, maintenance and service for commercial customers. You will perform on-site preventive maintenance, routine repairs and calibration after installation, using technical skills to keep systems running smoothly.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, HVAC trade schooling preferred, EPA Type I/II or Universal certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• HVAC trade school graduate strongly preferred with good attendance.
• 1+ year in mechanical support role; some hands-on HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification - Type I & Type II or Universal preferred; NATE certification a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record; ability to climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Use technical abilities to maintain HVAC systems.
• Work in a team environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work safely and follow all safety procedures.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends.
