Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience in securities/financial services
• Financial services experience or sales experience
• Licensing: SIE, Series 7 and 66; FINRA registrations

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Understand clients’ needs to create personalized, comprehensive financial strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience and compliance.
• Engage the branch team to implement and adjust the business plan for growth.
• Foster a trusting, respectful, and accountable branch environment.
