Job summary

Edward Jones seeks a committed financial advisor to build a personal practice and serve clients across the community. You’ll be supported by a robust training program, a supplemental starting salary for up to five years, and branch-office backing to help you reach clients and grow your business.

You will develop comprehensive financial plans, gain FINRA registrations, and work toward long-term client relationships within Edward Jones’ client-first model.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or sales environments.
• Licensing requirements including SIE, Series 7 and Series 66.
• FINRA registrations and ongoing training prerequisites.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients through various sourcing methods.
• Understand client needs and develop personalized financial strategies.
• Oversee branch processes and align with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with branch teams to implement business plans and drive results.
