• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Deeply understand clients' needs to create personalized, comprehensive strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience.
• Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan.
• Create a highly engaging environment in the branch with trust and accountability.
