Job summary

U.S. Bank is offering a Business Banking Rotational Development Program designed to accelerate learning in sales and credit through three ten-month rotations. You’ll build core client relations and financial acumen while mentored by peers and senior leaders.

As a Program Associate you’ll prospect new clients, deepen existing relationships, and gain exposure to BBRA and BBRM roles. Start is targeted for July 12, 2027, with broad benefits and a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance with a target graduation of December 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Basic understanding of banking terms and concepts.
• Experience or exposure to small businesses or business owners.
• Customer service experience and/or highly adept at building strong relationships.
• Ability to start the rotation program on July 12, 2027.
• Reliable transportation to meet with clients within a 30-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Learn to actively prospect new client relationships and deepen existing ones using a consultative approach.
• Gain hands-on experience across multiple business banking roles, including BBRA and BBRM.
• Develop technical and business acumen through training, mentorship, and exposure to senior executives.
• Engage in cohort activities and community-building to support transition from college to the workforce.
