Job summary

U.S. Bank's Business Banking Rotation Program offers three ten-month rotations to develop core sales and credit skills through hands-on training, mentorship, and peer support.

You will prospect and deepen client relationships for business banking clients with revenue from $2.5 million to $50 million, gaining hands-on experience as a Relationship Analyst and Relationship Manager. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or similar majors with a target graduation of December 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Basic understanding of banking terms, concepts, and applications through coursework or projects in cost and managerial accounting, business finance, and economics.
• Experience or exposure to small businesses or business owners.
• Customer service experience and/or strong relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to start rotation on July 12, 2027.
• Reliable transportation to meet clients within a 30-mile radius.
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within a professional setting.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Flexibility to work within a multi-discipline team and on-the-job training.
• Highly organized with multitasking and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates strong sales and credit skills through hands-on experience in Business Banking roles.
• Builds and sustains client relationships with small business clients.
• Works both independently and in teams to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Participates in a three-rotation program offering mentorship and exposure to senior executives.
