Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

• Demonstrated interest in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Commercial Real Estate: Assist in the analysis and management of commercial real estate portfolios, including property financial analysis, market analysis, loan reviews and risk assessment.
• Lender Finance: Support the evaluation and structuring of lending facilities, including borrowing base analysis and interest coverage ratio calculations.
• Underwriting: Participate in the underwriting process for commercial loans, including credit verification, financial analysis, and collateral assessment.
• Portfolio Management: Contribute to the monitoring and management of loan portfolios, including cash flow analysis, debt yield calculations, and concentration analysis.
• Cashflow: Analyze and project cash flows for various financial products and services, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Property Lending: Assist in the origination and management of property loans, including appraisal reviews, property inspections, and loan structuring.
