Job summary

Bank of Montreal invites you to apply for the U.S. P&BB Rotational Development Program, a 16‑month leadership track designed to develop future leaders through hands‑on experience, a focused curriculum, and exposure to executive leadership.

As a Leadership Development Trainee you will rotate through three five‑month assignments in areas such as Business Banking, Consumer Strategy and Marketing, with mentorship from a senior leader to maximize your potential.

Qualifications

• Typically between 1 - 2 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of retail and business banking environment.
• Strong analytics, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Desirable: software and systems architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements business cases and strategic roadmaps for banking products and services.
• Supports execution of strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Designs, implements, and manages product documentation and requirements.
• Creates marketing strategies and campaigns with cross‑functional partners.
• Gathers market research, analyzes data, and delivers insights and trends.
